Choose Open from the File menu to open an existing document or stationery file either from the desktop or from within Address Book Plus. (See the main topic “Stationery and document files” for more information on these file types.)
From within Address Book Plus, choose the Open command from the File menu. The Open dialog box opens. Select a file and click Open.
From the desktop, select the document or stationery file icon and choose Open from the Finder’s File menu, or double-click the file’s icon.
